What is Kawenter white-label for travel agencies?
Kawenter white-label is a branded eVisa storefront for approved travel agencies. You get a page under your agency name and branding where clients apply and pay. You set retail prices; agency earnings credit to your wallet when orders complete.
Do I need technical experience to get started?
No. After approval you set up your storefront from the Dashboard: agency name, logo, colors, and retail prices. You do not need to build software or use an API for white-label.
How do customers pay on a white-label page?
Customers pay Kawenter directly on your branded page at the retail price you set. Kawenter is the merchant of record. This is separate from the Partner API, where your agency pays wholesale from its wallet.
When do travel agencies receive white-label earnings?
Agency earnings are added to your wallet only when the order is paid and completed. While the order is still in progress, earnings may appear as pending and are not part of your available balance.
Who handles visa applications and refunds?
Kawenter processes the visa application and handles traveler payments and refunds under Kawenter’s consumer Terms. If an order is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or never completed, agency earnings are not kept, and credited earnings may be reversed after a refund or chargeback.
Can I choose which eVisas to display?
Yes. From the Dashboard you can limit which nationalities and destinations appear, or hide specific eVisas for a nationality.
Can I embed the white-label storefront on my website?

What is the difference between white-label and the Partner API?
White-label is a hosted traveler page or iframe with retail pricing and agency earnings on completed orders. The Partner API is wholesale create and pay from your backend wallet. Many agencies use one or both depending on the workflow.
